At Kolor Drops, every piece is crafted and shipped with care. Because many of our items are handmade or made-to-order, delivery timelines vary depending on the product type and destination.


🇧🇲 Bermuda Orders

Earrings & Headwear

  • Ready-to-Ship Earrings: Delivered within 1–2 business days after your order is placed.

  • Custom Earrings & Handmade Hats: Please allow 2–4 weeks for delivery after your order is placed.

Each piece is made by hand with intention and detail — we appreciate your patience while it’s being created just for you.

Apparel

  • Apparel items are produced in small batches through our fulfillment partners.

  • Delivery typically takes 2–4 weeks after your order is placed — sometimes sooner if items are already on island.

  • You’ll receive an email once your order arrives in Bermuda and is ready for local delivery or pickup.

This approach helps us reduce waste, ensure quality, and keep local shipping costs low.


🇺🇸 U.S. & International Orders

Earrings

  • Ready-to-Ship Earrings: Ship within 1–2 business days after processing.

  • Delivery times depend on the shipping method selected at checkout.

Apparel

  • Apparel is fulfilled through our production partners.

  • Orders begin processing once payment is received, and delivery times depend on the shipping method selected at checkout.

You’ll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

For Bermudians with U.S. Addresses:

If you’d like faster shipping or missed a local delivery window, you can always order through your U.S. shipping address to access drops year-round.


🌍 Customs, Duties & Taxes

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by their country’s postal or customs agencies.
We do our best to minimize these costs where possible, but final amounts depend on your country’s regulations.


🔍 Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information.
If tracking hasn’t updated for more than 10 days, please reach out to us at info@kolordrops.com for assistance.


📦 Lost, Refused, or Damaged Packages

  • Damaged Orders: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, a brief note, and photos (if applicable). We’ll review and do our best to make it right.

  • Lost or Missing Packages: Once an order is transferred to the shipping carrier, Kolor Drops is not responsible for lost, missing, or stolen packages confirmed as delivered. Please contact the carrier directly for claims; we’ll help guide you through where possible.

  • Refused / Undeliverable Packages: Orders returned due to invalid addresses or refusal will incur reshipping costs. Please double-check your delivery details before checkout.
