At Kolor Drops, every piece is created with care — many of them handmade or made to order just for you. Because of this, we can only accept order cancellations within 24 hours of purchase.

After that window, your order will begin processing or enter production, and we’re unable to cancel or modify it. This allows us to keep our process intentional, reduce waste, and ensure each piece receives the attention it deserves.

If you need to cancel within the 24-hour period, please email info@kolordrops.com with your order number and we’ll do our best to assist right away.
