At Kolor Drops, every piece is made with love, care, and intention. Most of our earrings and headwear are handmade — each one unique, just like the person who wears it. Because of this, all sales are final, but we’re always committed to making things right if something arrives damaged or defective.

✨ Earrings & Headwear

Due to hygiene reasons and the handmade nature of our designs, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or sizing.

If your earrings or headwear arrive broken or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@kolordrops.com.
Include your order number, a brief note about the issue, and a clear photo of the item.

We’ll gladly offer a replacement whenever possible.
Because every piece is made by hand, your replacement may take a little time and might not be a replica — but we’ll do our very best to recreate it with the same heart and detail as your original.

👕 Apparel

For apparel items, all sales are final unless your item arrives defective or incorrect.
If this happens, please email info@kolordrops.com within 7 days of receiving your order, along with your order number and photos of the issue.

After review, we may:

  • Offer a replacement for the affected item, or

  • Issue a refund to your original payment method if a replacement isn’t possible.

We appreciate your understanding and support as we handle each case with care.

📦 Lost or Stolen Packages

Once your order has been handed to the shipping carrier, Kolor Drops is not responsible for lost, missing, or stolen packages confirmed as delivered.
If this happens, please reach out directly to the carrier for assistance.
We’ll do our best to guide you through the process, but we’re unable to offer refunds or replacements once a package is marked as delivered.

💳 Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the credit to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.

💎 Sale & Limited Edition Items

All sale, clearance, and limited edition pieces are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
